What data we collect

This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies or account systems. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us yourself:

• Your name, email address, organisation and project description when you contact us by email or through the contact form.
• The contact form on this site opens your own email application with your message pre-filled — the information is sent by you, directly to us, and is not stored on this website.

How we use it

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to manage that working relationship. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, after which it is deleted or archived in line with ordinary business record-keeping.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to its use. Email office@arramedia.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If the way this website handles data changes — for example if analytics or a server-side contact form are introduced — this page will be updated before those changes take effect.
